If you are having problems logging in, here are the most common ways to troubleshoot the account.

1) Make sure password is updated to 12 characters long, this is required to log in.

2) Make sure your account number is only 5-6 characters and does not include the -01 or more numbers. 

3) If the logging in still doesn't work please try logging in on another computer because sometimes firewalls prevent people from logging into their account. 

4) If you tried all three steps and you still cant log in please call the office and we can reset your account.

  • The password must be at least 12 characters long
  • Must not share 3 or more consecutive characters from username, first name, or last name.
  • Must contain at least 3 of the following:
    • at least one uppercase letter,
    • at least one lowercase letter,
    • at least 1 digit from 0 - 9
    • or at least one special character
