Example from ticket:  John Doe--Ck when signing up use Doe--Ck for your Last Name.
If looking at a delivery ticket please only enter the first 5 numbers in front of the - in your Account Number. 
Example from ticket:  Customer #: 12345-1 when signing up use 12345 for your Account Number.

  • The password must be at least 12 characters long
  • Must not share 3 or more consecutive characters from username, first name, or last name.
  • Must contain at least 3 of the following:
    • at least one uppercase letter,
    • at least one lowercase letter,
    • at least 1 digit from 0 - 9
    • or at least one special character
